Our whey spirit is unique. Made from our milk after making our Mull cheese. From the whey. Most vodkas and gins start from the same neutral spirit. Ours does not. It is wonderfully smooth with hints of vanilla. Drink it straight, or on the rocks. Try it in your favourite cocktail to add a new dimension.

    Sgriob-ruadh is an open farm. You can can and visit at most times. During the winter months the café and shop are only open a few days a week. The Farm never stops though.
