Our Hebridean Cream Liqueur blends together our aged 'whey-ski' with silky cream from the milk, creating an indulgent, boozy and deliciously sweet liqueur perfect for sipping.  

Enjoy over ice or as part of a delicious cocktail, (the perfect pairing for White Russians & Flat White Martinis), or take your festive coffee to a new level with a splash of Hebridean Cream!

The perfect tipple for the upcoming festive season and beyond, the limited-edition ceramic bottle features unique prints made using materials gathered from Sgriob-ruadh itself, including hair from our cows, leaves and foliage. Raku-fired onto tiles to create the original textures and markings used in the bottle design, the result is a distinctive keepsake celebrating the farm, the animals and the landscape behind the liqueur.

How it's made

We make our Isle of Mull Spirits from the spent whey from our cheesemaking, just another way we continue to use all aspects of the goods the farm provides us.  Previously a by-product for the almost 50 years we have been making cheese - we have decided to try doing something better with it, with the whey containing almost all of the wonderful sugar from the milk, which we have used to make into alcohol, and then distilled to make our spirits.  Combining our aged spirit with the rich cream, we have created this delicious drink distinct to our farm.

Natural and sustainable it's borne of the land.  Sgriob-ruadh is our family farm.  From the grass our cows eat; to the natural energy we get from the wind, rain and fire, through to our spring water - our circular economy means everything we produce is raised, grazed and matured here on the Isle of Mull.  And every element combines to create the unique Isle of Mull Spirit that is at the heart of our Hebridean Cream Liqueur.
