FAQs.
Q1. We can't book adult tickets and child tickets at the same time. What do we do?
A1. You need to book, and add to cart, child tickets and adult tickets separately so the booking system can count the number of people.
Q2. Can we reserve a table in the café?
A2. The Glass Barn café operates on a walk in basis. When there are lots of customers wanting tables we operate a waiting list on a first come first seated basis.
Q3. Can we bring pets on the tour?
A3. Please keep ALL dogs away from any animal with young. No dogs are allowed inside the dairy or distillery. Calm dogs are allowed in the milking parlour. If bringing a dog, you may have to stick to the gravel paths going through the garden and leave them outside certain areas, such as the dairy and the cellar. Please be aware that the back of the farm is often messy and not for loose dogs.
Q4. Is the tour accessible for disabled people?
A4. We have alternative routes around any obstacles such as steps, and your guide on the day can call on additional staff for assistance if required.

Visit the Farm
Sgriob-ruadh is an open farm. You can can and visit at most times. During the winter months the café and shop are only open a few days a week. The Farm never stops though.
